The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission launched a new website and we've been getting a lot of calls from listeners about issues and problems using this website. John Robbie spoke to commissioner Astrid Ludin to explain how they plan to ease the stress of the users of the website since they don't have a call center. Astrid expressed their regret about the problem and promised that the issues will be resolved in a week or so.
