Jozi Uncooked is a company that dedicates itself to a vegan and raw based diet. The company also delivers meal packages at your doorstep.

Owner of Jozi Uncooked, Brittany Kesselman says that she was amazed at how good she felt after her raw detox.

I had some much energy, and I felt so good. My skin was glowing.

Kesselman says that practicing a raw based diet can be very overwhelming, she adds that this is one of the reasons they try to make it easier for you.

We have the time and the equipment to make delicious food says Kesselman. She adds that sometimes it’s not even obvious that it’s raw at all.

You don’t feel like you’re being deprived.

How does the Jozi Uncooked 5-day raw detoxwork?

We take care of making gourmet raw food, and you just enjoy the meals and the feeling of good health that you get from eating them. Every day for five days you get breakfast, a snack, lunch, a green juice and supper. Ideally, after the detox, you try to maintain some of those good habits, such as eating salads and drinking green juices.
