GROW Leadership Academy is giving back with the gift of education

The GROW Leadership Academy, also known as “GLA”, is ideal for young people aged between 18 - 25 years old. This academy is looking for young individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community.

Since their inception, roughly 600 young people from Cape Town, Johannesburg and Tanzania, have graduated. The programme is managed by RLabs, an award-winning South African nonprofit organisation that was established in 2008 at Bridgetown, Cape Town.

Spokesperson for RLabs, Adrienne Fredericks says that this year, they are offering quite a few foundation phase courses in leadership, entrepreneurship and digital.

We believe that everybody is a leader in a different way.
