Ramaphosa remembers Keorapetse 'Bra Willie' Kgositsile' at his funeral

Poet and political activist Keorapetse "Bra Willie" Kgositsile's funeral was held today with numerous people including politicians in attendance to honour him.

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa was amongst those who gave eulogies. EWN Reporter Kgomotso Modise says Ramaphosa's eulogy touched on how Kgositsile actively fought against the apartheid regime through his work.

The deputy president delivered a very affectionate eulogy on Keorapetse Kgositsile. There was a lot that he touched on. Speaking about his role as activist and icon who used his talents to fight the regime at the time in the country, as well as to educate the world on what was going on in South Africa.
