Political analyst Ralph Mathekga says recent developments in South Africa - the latest being the appointment of a new Eskom board - puts the Davos delegation in a good position to convince international investors that this country is a good prospect.
The South African team, under the leadership of Deputy President Ramaphosa, will take the opportunity presented by the World Economic Forum to convince international stakeholders that South Africa is serious about dealing with what he described as the scourge in the country.
Mathekga insists the delegation can restore confidence in the market.
