Bianca Goodson says weeks before she resigned, the Trillian CFO Tebogo Leballo said Pravin Gordhan would be replaced.

Whistle-blower and former executive at Trillian Management Consultants, Bianca Goodson has exposed how the company became the gate-keeper of lucrative consulting contracts from state companies.

Goodson says her suspicions were confirmed when she received a call from the Public Protector's office wanting details about the company's involvement with Eskom, Denel, Transnet and SA express.

She says weeks before she resigned, Trillian chief financial officer Tebogo Leballo informed her and a colleague that former Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan would be replaced.

The things that I suspected, for example the gmail addresses, working with the subcontractors from eGateway, everyone would have Yahoo and gmail accounts in their name and you would think to yourself if you are trying to change power stations and this is a really significant contract at Eskom you would just expect a little bit more professionalism in small things like that.

Bianca Goodson, Whistle-blower and former executive at Trillian Management Consultants

The Bank of Beroda incident, that week I resigned, and the week leading up to it, the Wednesday was when the CFO of Trillian capital partners told me that the Finance Minister would be replaced. What he said I only realised much later.

Bianca Goodson, Whistle-blower and former executive at Trillian Management Consultants

The Friday following that was the whole incident of Bank of Baroda where I was instructed to sign this letter which effectively was a memorandum of a meeting with directors from the night before saying they we are going to open up this bank account and I must handover...that was for me the smoking gun.

Listen to Goodson talk about the personal toll this experience has taken on her...
