Henry Van Breda is accused of killing his parents and older brother and attacking his younger sister at their Stellenbosch home in January 2015.

Prosecutor Susan Galloway has argued that the fact that none of them tried to hide, runaway or call for help indicates that they knew the assailant.— Monique Mortlock, EWN reporter
Van Breda has been out on bail and has appeared in court with a new look. He shaved off his hair and according to Mortlock he looked very relaxed when he entered court with a smile on his face.
Judgment is expected to be delivered in March 2018.
