[WATCH] We dare not wait for politics to determine legal justice: Bongani Bingwa

702 breakfast host Bongani Bingwa has questioned whether police officials are waiting for a cabinet reshuffle before acting on senior government officials implicated in State Capture and the Estina Dairy farm project.

The Hawks last week stated that Gupta brothers Ajay and Atul are considered fugitives from justice, but so far no top officials linked to either case have been arrested.

The Hawks say investigations are continuing and more arrests will be made.

Whatever the Guptas are alleged to have done, they did not act alone.

Bongani Bingwa, Breakfast show host

We know that from an administrative perspective, the decisions around how the monies from the Estina Dairy farm project were allocated, were made by the political principals in charge. We know MEC for Agriculture, Mosebenzi Zwane was a key cog in the machine.

Bongani Bingwa, Breakfast show host

Is it because people are waiting for cabinet reshuffles to see how the politics will play out before they go for these prominent people? Please say it ain't so.
