Why small businesses need to embrace technology

Technology could help make and break business. This is especially true for new and small businesses who need every advantage they can get.

Pavlo Phitidis, Founder at Aurik Business Accelerator says that for business that are focused on growth, innovation and going to the next level - technology must always a part of that process.

There are business who are seemingly do reasonable well, who have potential, the individuals are making money running them - but there will come a terrible day when you suddenly turn around look over your shoulder, and when you turn back - your business wont be there any more.

Phitidis says that in 20198 business must have a website, digital presence and a customer relationship management system to help secure their business.

He adds that business must not shy away from keeping up to date and upping your technological systems.

For the very first time, small growing business have the ability to think big, to be big to act big.

Pavlo Phitidis, Founder at Aurik Business Accelerator

Small businesses can afford the same capabilities [as big businesses], but not only can they afford it, they can cheaper and take it bite by bite as they grow.

Pavlo Phitidis, Founder at Aurik Business Accelerator

If you are not taking advantage of this for your business, I can promise you've got competitors that are. The big difference between where you sit and they sit is their ability to be more responsive to the market.
