Put away the cutlery and enjoy your Ethiopian food

Queen Sheba Ethiopian Restaurant owner, Wondu Tesfay says to experience the beauty of Ethiopian food you must eat it with your hands.

Tesfay says the restaurant has been around for the past two years and they have had their ups and down.

He says Ethiopian cuisine favours chilli, garlic, and onions.

And chicken is a firm favourite.

If you go to any Ethiopian household or restaurant and do not have the chicken dish you don't get the Ethiopian flavour.

Ethiopians have 220 fasting days in a year. Tesfay says during this time they don't eat diary products, and during this time vegetarian dishes are a big hit.

Vegans and Vegetarians best destination is Ethiopia because we have over 26 vegetarian dishes.
