Mlangeni says that people think that if you are blind, there is noting that you can achieve. He adds that they had the wrong perception about disabled people and think that there was nothing that a disabled person can do.

It was not easy because I went from one door to another until I caught my big break with a producer says Mlangeni. He adds that it was difficult in the old era because they weren’t allowed to sing English songs, mix different languages in one song or perform with white artists on stage.

We have paved the way for these youngsters and now it’s smooth sailing for them.
