Shibambor says Monday was a slow day for the fast food outlet.

I am having a bad day today, it is so slow at the shop. So far we have tried out using the chicken fillet, rump steak and the beef patties to make Kotas.

Rhulani Shibambor, owner of Kota Kings

So far we have tried implementing the drumstick Kotas so that is the substitute for the process stuff. So with meat, it is pure and freshly cut, so we buy it on a daily basis.

Rhulani Shibambor, owner of Kota Kings

It is going to affect us but however at Kota Kings, we have a good background in hospitality so I know how to turn things around when days are dark.
