[LISTEN] Don’t downsize your weekend by watching this film says Gayle Edmunds

The movie ‘Downsizing’ is about how scientists discover a way to shrink humans to five inches as a possible solution for overpopulation.

Paul (Matt Damon) and his wife Audrey (Kristen Wiig) decide to abandon their stressed lives and move to a new downsized community where everything is not as it seems.

Edmunds says that there were so many directions you could go with the storyline but they choose none of those directions. She adds that they came up with a great idea but they had no idea on how to execute it.

It ended up being a miniature version of a dull movie.
