Gupta case against Bank of Baroda dismissed with costs

EWN reporter Barry Bateman talks to John Maytham about the dismissal by the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on Monday of the application of Gupta-linked companies against Bank of Baroda with costs.

Several Gupta-owned companies had turned to the High Court to stop the Bank of Baroda from closing its bank accounts arguing that closing down its SA operation is a breach of that court order in December, reports Bateman.

But the court has ruled against them.
