[WATCH] Home Affairs employee too busy on her phone to care

A video has emerged of a Home Affairs employee too busy on social media on her phone to care about her work duties.

In the video she's seen stamping the same book twice as a queue of people needing help look on.

Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba responded on his twitter feed that swift action will be taken against the employee but this back fired on him as social media users reminded him how he was caught playing Candy Crush on his phone in Parliament. People started to question whether the President should take action against him for doing so!
