If your answer is anything less than 7hours, then you’d want to read what multimedia medical doctor and Neuro-wellness consultant Dr Darren Green has to say about the importance of sleep.

Dr Green says that a lot of people view sleep as the thing you need to recover from the day but this mindset needs to change. He adds that sleep is actually important in preparation for what you want to do in preparation for the next day.

Sleep is also an essential function when it comes to quite a few body functions.
