Health and fitness expert David Katz says if you're trying to watch your weight, it's worth noting that it's not just the calorie content you should be aware of.
What's in there is also important, you want to know what else is in there. Maybe a muffin, that's baked and you don't know what else in there. Chocolate bars using cheaper chocolate, rather than natural and raw ingredients. That won't help if you're trying to lose weight.— 'Mr Active' David Katz, Health and fitness expert
