That one little, medium-size Eater egg or chocolate bunny is going to take you about 42 minutes of walking just to burn one of those off.

Health and fitness expert David Katz says if you're trying to watch your weight, it's worth noting that it's not just the calorie content you should be aware of.

What's in there is also important, you want to know what else is in there. Maybe a muffin, that's baked and you don't know what else in there. Chocolate bars using cheaper chocolate, rather than natural and raw ingredients. That won't help if you're trying to lose weight.
