Talking Sex: How couples cope with differing sex drives

There are many factors that contribute to a consistently low sexual desire in both sexes and often times this can lead to one's sexual needs not being met within a relationship.

Your partner may not be insightful enough to read between the lines, so how do you go about negotiating one anothers needs?
