Brand SA CEO Dr Kingsley Makhubela says anti-apartheid struggle icon Winnie Madikizela-Mandela left a good legacy and a significant brand.
Madikizela-Mandela past away last week after a long illness.
He says through her sacrifices, she played a major role in creating the brand that South Africa has today.

Makhubela also touched on allegations that Madikizela-Mandela was involved in Stompie Seipei's murder and that now evidence has emerged that she was not involved.
He asks why people are only now speaking out about how she didn't have anything to do with the 14-year-old member of the Mandela United Football Club's murder in 1989.
