We are saying as the City of Tshwane, we need to do something about it. This is why I have put together a meeting with other mayors. We will be then be impressing on the national government and the provincial to come on board with us because what it looks like, is the South African Police Services is not taking the matter seriously.— Solly Msimanga, Tshwane mayor
That is something that we cannot be taken lightly. We as South Africa do not have copper mines but we are the biggest exporters!— Solly Msimanga, Tshwane mayor
