Former DA Chief Whip Douglas Gibson describes to Gugs Mhlungu, the events at the time of the request to investigate Stompie Seipei's murder.

He says Tony Leon did not do anything wrong.

Gibson confirms he asked Fivaz to re-open the investigation, saying "if (he) had not openly and publicly called for an investigation he would have been failing in his duty as Leader of the Opposition".

He adds that a detailed account of the events is outlined in Leno's book.
