Rui Marques, floor manager at SuperSportTV got the thumbs up from social media when he did the Zulu dance 'ukuSina' at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi Durban during a soccer match.

Marques showed off his dancing skills to supporters at the Umlazi stadium to enthusiastic cheers.

And, retired American swimmer Michael Phelps opens up about his struggles with depression and thoughts of suicide.
