De Lille's lawyers question whether Eusebius interview can be used to oust her

The Western Cape High Court has heard arguments in Patricia De Lille's case.

The ousted mayor is challenging the Democratic Alliance's decision to revoke her membership.

De Lille’s lawyers are arguing whether a 702/CapeTalk radio interview she gave on The Eusebius Mckaiser Show in April can be used as the basis to have her removed.

De Lille's lawyers Advocate Dali Mpofu and Johan Dewaal are questioning if the Eusebius McKaiser interview had justified mayor Patricia De Lille's hurried removal. Further, going on to say that the clause was used as a last resort by the Democratic Alliance.
