Cape Town Mayor Patricia De Lille says she is committed to working with the Democratic Alliance (DA) pending a hearing on 25 May.
On Tuesday, Judge Patrick Gamble ruled that De Lille will remain the mayor and a DA member awaiting a decision on a court process challenging a clause in the party’s constitution.
We need to rise above our differences and put the people of Cape Town first.— Patricia de Lille, Cape Town Mayor
