De Lille latest: DA to blame for creating political instability - analyst

The DA is being blamed for creating a 'lack of stability' in the City.

It follows a ruling from the Western Cape High Court on Tuesday granting Patricia de Lille a stay of execution from the DA - for now at least.

The DA, in this instance, has got to take all the blame for creating instability, by taking a political action when they were clearly not ready for it.

However, the DA's Natasha Mazzone says in fact the blame for any instability must lie at the door of de Lille.

It's unfortunate that she continues to put her individual interests ahead of those of the citizens [of Cape Town].
