Ramaphosa has also refused almost all of the tax boss’s demands about his upcoming disciplinary inquiry.

READ: Moyane lawyer doesn't rule out action against Ramaphosa

Ramaphosa has flatly refused to fund Moyane’s legal costs in fighting to keep his job on the basis that 'Sars has no policy authorising the legal funding of an employee in disciplinary inquiries'.

The president was very adamant that he will not buckle to any of the demands by Tom Moyane's legal team, reports EWN's Qaanitah Hunter.

And he did not respond well to the ultimatum given to him that he should respond favorably by yesterday.

Qaanitah Hunter, EWN Reporter

Now in the letter that has been out, we saw that firstly that the president does not want to speak at all to a settlement agreement.
