uServ: Get your online order within 90 minutes

After years in the e-commerce space, Steven Mauerberger and his partners racked their brains to come up with a new unrivaled accelerated experience when ordering online or needed a service.

So they came up with uServe where they promise to get your goods to you within 90 minutes of ordering, provided it is within a 30km radius.

But is speed a priority for clients?

Interestingly we read an American report that says 56% of millennials are disappointed if you don't offer on-demand.

Steven Mauerberger, co-founder uServ

While some may not mind waiting a few days, he says they receive many calls from those who have left things to the last minute, like a birthday or Mother's Day gift.

Customers tell him that the cost of a normal same-day courier is outrageous.

And we would deliver to you within 90-minutes starting at R65 so it's pretty much a no-brainer at that sort of cost.

He says they are covering a wide range of services and are currently moving heavily into the cell phone repair space.

uServ also offers a quick document signing drop and collect service. If you need anything collected and dropped off, they do it.

And if it is not done in the 90-minute promise then the delivery is free, assures Mauerberger

Take a listen to more about this innovative online service and go to their uServ website to check it out:
