Saftu plans two-day city occupation over minimum wage demands

The South African Federation of Trade Unions (Saftu) General-secretary Zwelinzima Vavi says no one has bothered to engage with them over their opposition to the proposed minimum wage.

The union federation held a nationwide march on 25 April to voice their dissatisfaction about the proposed bill.

We are embarking on a process to engage every member of the working class, they must all speak in one voice.
