Government misses bucket system eradication deadline by 10 years

Outa says the government has missed the deadline for eradicating the bucket system by 10 years.

Speaking to Ray White on The Midday Report, Portfolio manager at Outa, Yamkela Ntola says this is a project that has been budgeted for since 2005 with no end in sight.

What's even scarier now is that the minister has acknowledged that there has been overspending in the 2017-2018 financial year.
