[WATCH] Is Health Minister waiting for full crisis before he acts?

Breakfast Show host Bongani Bingwa says he hopes minister of health, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi is not waiting for an emergency in the health sector in orderto agree that there is a crisis.

Bongani Bingwa, Breakfast Show host

But more often than not we call it those names because when it does arrive, it feels sudden and the effect is that of an avalanche, the falling of dominoes.
