Various suburbs across the City of Cape Town have been heavily affected by snow that hit the Mother City over the weekend.
This comes after a cold front arrived on the shores of the Western Cape late on Sunday.
This cold front brings cold temperatures over parts of Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal and over the eastern parts of the North West, northern and eastern parts of Free State.

Snow in Ceres
The South African Weather Service is advising the public and small stock farmers to be aware of localised flooding and some snowfall over the western and southern parts of the country.

Snow Report SA has updated their snow forecast on Sunday with 40cm snow expected for Matroosberg, 40cm for Cedarberg and 50cm for Wellington Sneeukop.
Snow has fallen in Northern Cape's Sutherland, one of the coldest places in the country.
