Wearable devices are a thing these days and Medibio has jumped on the bandwagon by using these devices to gain insights into your mental health. By using a wrist-wearable device, it tracks key biometrics that provide an objective view of mental health.
Medibio uses your wearable and smartphone to collect data on measurable health factors like your heart rate and sleep. The data is fed into an app, which gives you a numerical score that indicates whether you're likely to be entering into a period of high-stress or mental vulnerability.
What they are doing is very interesting. Some of the people they have on board is Michael Phelps, Olympic swimmer. I find it astonishing just reading up about him that he contemplated suicide.

Did you know that the blue emitted by our cellphones is very dangerous for our health, increased obesity and some cancers as well?
Harvard researchers and their colleagues conducted an experiment comparing the effects of 6.5 hours of exposure to blue light, versus exposure to green light of comparable brightness.
They found that blue light suppressed melatonin for about twice as long as the green light and shifted circadian rhythms by twice as much (3 hours compared with 1.5 hours).
