'Woe betide us if this is the limited understanding of the law by the NPA'

Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions Nomgcobo Jiba had visited the NPA offices in April and June this year despite a court order prohibiting her from doing so.

Breakfast show host Bongani Bingwa says the response by the NPA, when asked about her visit, is shocking.

Seriously. That is their best answer to what is possibly a violation of a High Court order by someone who is fighting to keep her job as the country's Number Two Prosecutor - notwithstanding the damning findings of the same court as I have quoted. They hate us!

Bongani Bingwa, Breakfast show host
