The cost of fuel has risen once again - the second time in two months - to nearly R16 a litre.
But the AA says the following tips can help you stretch your tank that little bit further.
Use your vehicle less for shorter trips
Consider using public transport to work than your own vehicle
Not using air conditioner might save you a bit of fuel
Lay of the accelerator a bit (stick to the speed limit)
Make sure your vehicle is in good condition, that there are no petrol leaks.
