DA Gauteng premier candidates announced

The Democratic Alliance (DA) is campaigning to win the province of Gauteng in next year's election.

The race for the party's premier candidate is heating up.

Stanford Makashule Gana, Wendy Alexander, Sandy Kgaogelo (Khathutshelo) Mbuvha, Rachel Katleo Mathebe, Ghaleb Cachalia, Johannes Page, Karabo Grace Tledima, Refiloe Ntsekhe and Solly Tshepiso Msimanga are the party members that are gunning for the top spot in Gauteng.

Speaking to Ray White on The Midday Report, DA National Spokesperson Solly Malatsi says at this stage there are people that are interested in being premier candidates for the party.

They have raised their hands and we have read those names publically and now everything is in their hands to ultimately convince the party that they are the best-suited individuals to lead the party's campaign to win Gauteng.
