You may want to pay more attention to the colour of your 'pee' the next time you flush.
Urine speaks volumes about what is going on in the human body, says resident health and wellness consultant Dr Darren Green.
Dr Green says it is normal to urinate between six to eight times a day.
He says healthy urine flows out in a steady stream and should not be too concentrated or yellow.
