READ: If Duduzane Zuma doesn't appear in court he will be declared a fugitive

He has been summonsed to appear in court next week on two counts of culpable homicide.

Eyewitness News reporter Barry Bateman has more on the story.

The authorities were informed that Duduzane had arrived and we understand that Hawks detectives were dispatched to the airport to arrest him, but we understand that there were difficulties. They were unable to produce the arrest warrant. Zuma was there with is attorney, we understand that he was subsequently released later in the evening....

I have heard it from four independent sources that he was released because the copy of the arrest warrant linked to that Rosebank case could not be produced.
