[WATCH] Dudazane Zuma's culpable homicide case postponed, scuffle outside court

The case against former president Jacob Zuma's son Duduzane has been postponed to the 23 August.

Zuma appeared in the Randburg Magistrates Court on charges of culpable homicide. He is accused of negligently causing the deaths of taxi commuters Phumzile Dube and Nanki Mashaba.

We understand that the defence and the State had been in talks prior to the appearance today and they had agreed on the date of 23rd of August.

The State has agreed to hand over contents of the docket as well as the record of the inquest to the defence.

After the court appearance, there was a scuffle outside the court with BLF members and Afriforum's Kallie Kriel.

There was a lot of nasty words being thrown around until the police intervened.
