[LISTEN] Wellness Feature: Conceptualizing and identifying authentic desire

In a new show feature on the #WeekendBreakfast, Phemelo Motene chats to author, psychologist and coach Yasmeen Engelbritch about the Master Creation Process.

Engelbritch says that the master creation process is a practical guide to implement the law of attraction.

We kind of bind to the idea that we create the lives we live with our thoughts.

She adds that we bind to this idea but we know it cannot be that easy.

We kind of know that there’s some BS in that, we kind of don’t buy that. We kind of buy the concept that yeah thoughts are powerful but we don’t believe that it’s that easy.

Yasmeen Engelbritch, author, psychologist and coach

The Master Creation Process says that it’s not that easy.

Although asking, believing and receiving are the fundamental building blocks, there are gaps in that process adds Engelbritch.

She says that the first step is to identify an authentic desire.

An authentic desire is the biggest gap that we all fall through when we try to apply the law of attraction.

An authentic desire is what we would want in the absence of fear.
