An online skills community network is offering individuals that are over 50 years of age and retired an opportunity to help mentor the younger generation.
50 Plus-Skills connects these individuals who have skills, time and services with businesses, civil societies, academic institutions, NPOs and government.
Founder Linda Smith says this is an opportunity for younger generation to learn from people who've been there and done it and are now willing to share the knowledge.
