Nxasana questions why Minister Masutha's involvement is not being challenged
President Cyril Ramaphosa has less than 90 days to appoint the new National Director of Public Prosecutions.
On Monday, The Constitutional Court found former prosecutions boss Mxolisi Nxasana's settlement and NPA head Shaun Abrahams' subsequent appointment was constitutionally invalid.
