The African National Congress (ANC) in Tshwane has accused the DA-led administration of looting and mismanaging R12 billion from the coffers of the city.
Speaking to Clement Manyathela on The Midday Report, ANC Tshwane spokesperson Bafuze Yabo says it will request President Cyril Ramaphosa to institute an SIU order on the City of Tshwane from 2016 to date.
