Would you go under the knife simply to take a great selfie?
Well, it seems more and more people are doing just that!
In 2017, 55 percent of facial plastic surgeons said their patients were having surgery in order to up their selfie game.
First identified by AAFPRS members more than three years ago in the annual survey, the trend continues to grow, meaning a boost for the plastic surgery industry.
What's more, people aren't shy to share their surgery secrets on social media.
From lip injections to chin implants to earlobe reduction, it seems there's no shame in sharing your road to self-confidence.
