READ: Premier Makhura has missed the bus on Hammanskraal water issue - Tshwane MMC

He says they then arranged with residents that they would withdraw the water tankers that had been servicing the area.

Then on Friday, we suddenly got reports that the water wasn't good again, literally one day after the meeting. And when we checked the plant, we found that there was a mysterious blockage in one of the chemical feeder pipes.

He says they identified the problem and have remedied the situation and the water is back to being clean again.
