Drone footage has discovered millions of bottles of water sitting on a runway in Ceiba, Puerto Rica. It was apparently sent by America's Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) for the victims of Hurricane Maria - and have just been sitting there for a year.
No one seems to know why the water was never distributed at a time when people were in desperate need of water following the hurricane.
And now after all this time sitting there, the water in plastic bottles is no longer fit for human consumption. People are calling for an independent investigation to get to the bottom of this.
#FEMA officials tell @DavidBegnaud that WAS their water. They delivered it to #PuertoRico and gave it to the central government. But no word yet on why it was never distributed. https://t.co/mdLBh3cll3— Mireya CBS (@cbsmireya) September 12, 2018
