Mass shutdown planned for Tuesday across WC
Several Cape communities have planned a mass shutdown for Tuesday, from 5am to 10am.
The Western Cape Total Shutdown Communities want to address social and economic issues such as rising poverty, crime and high unemployment levels.
Organiser Gutto Wanza says it is important for community members to be united towards a common cause.
