Trump's 'sh*thole' gaff leads to dip in popularity

The Norman Lear Centre at the University of Southern California has published its latest report on how Trump's (Sh!thole) remarks about Africa affected public sentiment.

A team of human verifiers evaluated over 45 000 public tweets between 4 – 23 January 2018.

Chief Marketing Officer at BrandsEye N_ic Reysays there was a significant 66% increase in negative sentiment towards Trump after he made this remarks about Africa. This also increased conversations about Africa by 3000 %, says Rey. Read: Presidency to seek clarity from US embassy over Trump tweet_
