Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages has taken a decision to stop supplying customers with plastic straws in an attempt to curb waste produced by the manufacturing sector.
The decision is in line with The Coca-Cola Company’s “World Without Waste” campaign launched earlier this year.
Public Affairs and Communications Manager, Priscilla Urquhart, says after thorough investigations they have decided to supply biodegradable paper straws to their customers instead.
