This is the question Matter of Fact with Africa Check investigated and gave their findings on the Azania Mosaka show.
Questions were raised about whether South Africa and Eskom are providing electricity to neighbouring Zimbabwe or not.
Senior Researcher at Africa Check Kate Wilkinson says they spoke to professor Anton Eberhard at the UCT graduate School of Business to find out who South Africa is helping to keep their lights on.

Wilkinson says that Zimbabwe is not only importing electricity from South Africa but from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mozambique.
