Tom Moyane's lawyer Eric Mabuza reacts to the interim report by Judge Nugent that the suspended Sars boss should be fired.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has given suspended Sars boss Tom Moyane until Friday 26 October to comment on the interim report by Judge Nugent.

The Judge has recommended that Ramaphsoa fire Moyane with immediate effect.

Xolani Gwala spoke to Tom Moyane's lawyer to find out if their reaction to the report.

There are many things that are wrong with that recommendation.
